This digital document details the branding options available to SmartFreight® customers after their purchase of ASNs (Despatch Notification Emails), Tracker Websites, and Reverse Logistics via WebPrint Templates and lists what can and cannot be customised on each branded asset.

 

ASN (Despatch Notification Email)

 

 

The above is a sample of a branded ASN also known as a Despatch Email Notification. The only aspect of this template that a client can modify is the logo at the top of the screen, inside the green box. The client needs to provide an image in the .jpg format that is no greater in width than 650px. Height is restricted to 500px though we recommend a shorter height as well. The maximum file size for this asset is 50 KB. 

The sections within the Despatch Notification Email that are not to be changed are the Sender, Receiver, Your Goods are Being Shipped By, Details Of The Shipment, and Footer with the SmartFreight® Logo. 

 

Tracker Website

There are two assets required to create the customer's Tracker Website. 

1. A 980 x 80 px banner image (see the smaller green box above). This image needs to be in .jpg format and cannot exceed 500KB.

2. A 1903 x 1012 px .jpg background image that will serve as the background (see the larger green box above). It is recommended that the background image not have any text or writing on it as the Tracker Website is a responsive design -- when the screen resizes if you are using a tablet or mobile device the background may not show the text on the page. This image cannot exceed 1 MB.    

 

Reverse Logistics via Webprint

 

The only aspect of the above template that a client can modify is the logo at the top of the screen, the green box. The customer needs to provide an image in the .png format that is no greater in width than 960 x 110 px. The maximum file size for this asset is 500 KB.

Q: "Do the assets I send to SmartFreight® have to be the requested specifications?"

A: Yes. We have requested the digital assets in specific dimensions because they work best with our HTML templates. Sending incorrectly sized assets  will result in more development time and may incur additional costs."

 

Q: "Can we make more adjustments to our notification email or tracker website?"

A: Yes, however, the quote you've received is for the standard branding/hours on your ASN, tracker website, or webprint. Additional customisation will require extra time from our developers and hence will require re-quoting.

 

Q: "What is the best method of sending the requested digital assets to SmartFreight®?"

A: Via email works fine. A developer or marketer from SmartFreight® will reach out to you via email to request the assets at the appropriate time.
